Sylvia is the owner of the Haiku Mill. Her expertise in the hospitality industry, design, and event planning makes her the perfect hostess for events at Haiku Mill. Sylvia loves to collect beautiful antiques, and to share her love of beauty and aloha spirit with everyone who sets foot onto the Haiku Mill property.Sylvia’s love of hospitality reaches back beyond her days as a student at Lausanne Ecole Hôtelière, commonly known as the best school of hotel management in the world.
Stephanie is one of Maui’s top wedding and event planners. She has successfully created weddings and events for brides from all over the world and has special expertise in floral and interior design. Stephanie is an avid soccer mom, loves to create special memories with her family, and consumes information about current trends in weddings.
Sue serves as the Bookkeeper for financial operations at the Haiku Mill. Sue’s expertise in accounting, billing, and recordkeeping help Haiku Mill’s clients and staff to accurately assess their event budgets. Sue practices yoga, maintains her serenity, and provides Haiku Mill with a peaceful, calm attitude every day.
